We will start butchering turkeys earlier this year to ensure they are the proper size, so they will be frozen. When making your deposit, please let us know the size turkey you would like. We shoot for 12-18 lb., some may be below and some above that range. You will be able to pick up anytime after we begin butchering, no time to wait for the week of the holiday!
