Now, you know you've been meaning to make some chicken stock! Well, we have just what you need for healthy, delicious, nutritious chicken stock! Our chicken backs just need to be dropped in the pot, covered with water with some carrots, onions, celery, bay leaves, and peppercorns. Bring to a boil, simmer for several hours (or cook in a crockpot overnight or 24 hours). Add a little vinegar to pull more minerals out of the bones. Strain, add salt if desired, and use in place of any liquid in a recipe or drink by the cupful. If you're really serious, grab a bag of our chicken feet to throw in there too!
