Fresh-milled organic wheat flour (white wheat, spelt), water, sourdough starter (flour, water), pecans, organic cane sugar, organic extra-virgin olive oil, organic cinnamon, butter (cream, salt), organic cane sugar, Himalayan pink salt. Einkorn flour used for dusting.

Contains: Wheat, Milk, Tree Nuts (Pecans).

This artisan bread is layered with butter to create a pastry-like loaf with organic cinnamon, organic sugar, and pecans, creating a sweet swirl inside soft, long-fermented sourdough.
